Moore Primary School

As children to come to the end of their Primary School Years, in Year 6, they start the process of transition to their new secondary school.  To help with this process BBC Bitesize have a section on moving school which we think will be helpful for both parents and children.  Below is the link to the website, this may also be useful for parents with children in year 5 who will also shortly be starting their journey.
