Curriculum Intent
Our curriculum is designed to be engaging, creative, enjoyable and inspirational for our children. It enables our children to become independent, successful and resilient learners who strive for excellence in all that they do.
Our curriculum contains all of the planned experiences that we organise in order to promote learning as well as personal growth and development. It includes not only the formal requirements of the National Curriculum but also the range of extra-curricular activities that the school organises in order to enrich the experiences of the children. It aims to develop the whole child and therefore includes the ‘hidden’ curriculum or what the children learn from the way they are treated and expected to behave.
